How do I install my Hoselink Retractable Garden Hose Reel?
Installation is a simple process that involves mounting the bracket to a sturdy wall or post using the included hardware, then sliding the reel onto the bracket and connecting the leader hose to your tap.
Are Hoselink fittings compatible with other brands?
Our point-and-twist connectors are designed as a complete system for a 100% leak-free experience. While they are unique to Hoselink, we offer universal tap adapters that allow you to connect our system to standard threaded outdoor faucets.
What is the warranty period for your products?
We stand by our quality. Most of our Retractable Hose Reels come with a 2-year warranty, while our various connectors and accessories carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can the hose reel be left outside during winter?
Our reels are UV-stabilized and built for the outdoors; however, in regions with freezing temperatures, we recommend disconnecting the reel and storing it in a shed or garage to prevent ice damage to the internal components.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
